1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website apexsartoria.com or commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
2. Bespoke Services
Our services involve the creation of custom, made-to-order garments ("Bespoke Garments"). The process requires client participation in consultations, measurements, and fittings. Timelines for completion are estimates and may vary.
3. Payment and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to commence work on any Bespoke Garment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final fitting, prior to collection or delivery of the garment.
4. Fittings and Adjustments
The bespoke process typically includes 2-3 fittings to ensure a perfect result. It is the client's responsibility to attend scheduled fittings. Minor adjustments after the final fitting are included for a period of 30 days. Significant changes to style or fit requested after the fabric has been cut may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Due to the custom nature of Bespoke Garments, orders cannot be canceled once the fabric has been cut. As each garment is made to a client's specific measurements and design, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will perform necessary adjustments to achieve the agreed-upon fit.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Apex Sartoria. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Apex Sartoria.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Apex Sartoria, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
